Whether you’re completely new to the gym or returning after time away, Fundamentals ensures you gain the skills and confidence to progress safely and effectively.

Our Fundamentals program covers CrossFit 9 Foundational movements and the main barbell lifts. You’ll also learn about mobility, warm-ups, and safe lifting practices.
