Come in for a free trial class to experience Crossfit, meet the community and our coaches. We are confident you will love our team, get a good sweat and we will assist you in moving on to Step 2.

What is Fundamentals?
Fundamentals are the core movements performed during Crossfit class. These sessions will get you ready to understand the workouts, perform the movements safely and be ready to rock in class. This is a 4-class package that is done one-on-one with a coach where each day builds on the next. After you complete these 4 classes you will be ready to choose your membership type. All new athletes MUST complete Fundamentals.

You are ready to start, can't wait to be part of community, get a good workout and reach personal goals. Bridge Athletics offers 3 different class packages. Pick one that suits you best and you will be ready to go.

My membership is complete!
We offer multiple times of classes in the morning and afternoon 7 days a week. Choose the best time for you and start "WODING". Don't forget to take advantage of our speciallity classes such as Barbell, Mobility and HIIT .
