Conditioning:  "Soul Crusher”

Every 3 Minutes for 10 Rounds 

12 DB Snatches (Choose Weight)

15 Wall Balls (20/14)

10/8 Cal Row

*If You Fail to Complete a Round in 3 Minutes, You Must Take the Next Round Off.

10:00am HIIT Class

EMOM for 4 Rounds 

- 15 KB Head Cutters

- 7 Burpees

- 20 V-Ups

- 15 Single Arm KB Overhead Squat (Alternate Arm Each Round)

- 15 KB Sumo DL High Pulls

Friday, August 3rd 

Strength: 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Jerk

Every 1:30 for 12:00 Minutes (8 Sets)

*Start at 60% 1RM and Build to 85%+


Conditioning: 21 - 15 - 9

Hang Squat Cleans (135/95)

Bar Over Burpees

*10 Minute Cap

*SX = 115/75

*BG = 75/55


Saturday, August 4th 

Conditioning:

In Teams of 2 (1 Working/ 1 Resting)

800m Run (200m at a Time)

Then 3 Rounds

50 Push-Ups

50 Pull-Ups

50 Bodyweight Squats

800m Run (200m at a Time)
