Conditioning:

20 Double Unders

10 HSPU

 *DU Scale= 50 Singles

*HSPU Scale= DB Strict Press


Tuesday, June 20th: 

Strength:

EMOM x10

Even: 5-10 Strict Pull-Ups

Odd: 10 KB or DB  Snatches

*Athletes choose their weight

 

Conditioing:

“Helen”

3 Rounds for Time

400m Run

21 KB Swings (53/35)

12 Pull-Ups 

*15 minute cap


Wednesday, June  21st: 

Strength:

15 Minutes to Build to a 1RM Bench Press

*Use a spotter!

 

Conditioning:

For Time:

21-15-9

DBall Ground to Shoulder (100/70) Rx+=130/100

DBall Squat

*DBall Squat = Squat with the DBall anyway you can
