Wednesday, December 20th 

Strength:

15 Minutes to Build to a 5RM Clean

*All Reps must be Touch and Go


Conditioning:

Power Cleans @ 70% of Part 1

Front Squats @ 70% of Part 1

*10 Burpee Penalty each Time you Break a Set of Power Cleans
