Strength: Bench Press

Every 2:30 for 15 Minutes

*Same Load as Last Week


Conditioning:

AMRAP x 10

3 Thrusters

3 Burpees

*Increase by 3 Each Round

 *Rx+ = 115/75

*RX = 95/65

*SX = 65/45

*BG = 45/35


Tuesday, August 7th 

Strength:

EMOM x 10

Even:  10 DB/KB Rows

Odd: 30 Seconds Double Unders


Conditioning: 

4 Rounds for Time

6 HSPU

9 Toes to Bar

12 Alternating Pistols

*SX =  Box HSPU, Knee Raises, Pistols to Box

*16 Minute Cap


Wednesday, August 8th 

Strength:  Deadlift

Every 2:30 for 15 Minutes

*Same Load as Last Week


Conditioning:

4 Rounds for Time 

400m Run

20 KB Swings (53/35)

*SX = 35/26

*BG = 26/18
