Sunday Free Intro Class

We hold a free intro class most Sundays mornings. If have no CrossFit experience, Sunday is the best day to start as we go over CrossFit philosophy as well as take you through an introductory workout. Contact us today to set up a free trial. 

New To CrossFit? Start with our Fundamentals Course

Our Fundamentals Course is a sequence of 4 classes that runs on Monday & Thursday nights at 7pm. This course starts and ends on specific dates so please contact us if you are unsure of your start date. By first taking the Fundamentals Course, you will learn how to perform CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into group workouts. To get started, you can purchase our Fundamentals Package or monthly membership below. The Fundamentals Course is included in any membership and by signing up for a membership you are also able to work on movements learned during the week during Open Gym on Sunday.
